The sessions are planned for 3 days to run in tandem with the Kenya Hospitality Trade Fair 2014 and will incorporate various elements of a dining experience. In the demonstration area, there will be a fully-fledged kitchen with 3 working stations. Exciting elements of the show will include:

  1. Executive Plate Presentation by Chef Ali.
  2. Preparation of signature dishes by participating chefs in a live theatre.
  3. Demonstration of unique aspects of ingredients and equipment used in food preparation.

The objective of the Chef’s Corner is to offer professional culinary education to Chefs, Food & Beverage Managers and Purchasing Managers who are decision-makers and influencers in food purchases and kitchen equipment.

This education cuts across various culinary matters such as meal planning, food preparation, presentation and more. The event will also serve to enhance the profiles of hotel establishments.
