We have deliberately designed our compliance process to support your journey to market rather than stand in its way. We do, however, strongly encourage every partner to work towards full compliance. Once achieved, your compliance status is reflected as a mark of quality on your profile, giving potential customers another reason to feel confident about booking with you. In other words, getting started is easy — building customer confidence is where compliance can give you an extra advantage.

Show customers the real experience they are booking.
Whenever possible, use photographs of your actual property, product, vehicle, destination, people or experience rather than generic or stock images. If your budget allows, we recommend working with a professional photographer. In our experience, stronger photography can make a real difference to how customers perceive and choose a listing.
A good smartphone camera can also produce excellent results. What matters most is that your images are clear, well-lit, authentic and inviting.
For the best results on SafariQuest™, please:

1. Upload landscape images at 1366 × 768 pixels.
2. Keep each image under 2 MB.
3. Give each image a descriptive filename using your listing’s name. This can also support search engine optimisation (SEO).
4. Aim for a minimum of 10 photos so customers can get a meaningful feel for your offering.
   Where possible, go beyond the minimum. Research and marketplace experience indicate that richer image galleries can give listings an advantage, with around 40 quality images providing a particularly strong opportunity to showcase a service from different perspectives.

You don’t need to worry about getting every technical detail perfect. Our state-of-the-art Media Engine will automatically resize, compress and name your images for the platform. However, because this is an automated process, we recommend preparing and naming your original images correctly before uploading so that you retain greater control over how your content is presented.
