It prides itself in the art of marrying Ethiopian coffee with time-tested Italian coffee-making techniques. The family-owned business is identified as the gold standard of Ethiopian Coffee. Why Tomoca?

In case you might be wondering what Tomoca means, it is actually an acronym – TO.MO.CA. It is derived from an Italian phrase, Torrefazione Moderna Café, which means modern coffee roasting. Tomoca has been providing an unmatched roast-to-cup coffee experience around the world. It is hoping to keep this legacy in Kenya by joining Nairobi’s vibrant coffee-drinking culture. It will be operating alongside established labels like The Mug and Java House. The brand intends to maintain its traditional Ethiopian flavour but add a touch of Kenyan and Rwandese blends.
