Unlike many other national parks, the setting here features many walking trails from which to choose. There is a guided walking trail to the hippo pool to view these immense creatures and possibly crocodiles as well.
The tour kicks off with a quick stopover for refreshments. Here you can answer the call of nature or get your favourite snacks. Usually, we allow about 15 minutes before hitting the road again. Make sure you have picked your driver's number just in case, for one reason or the other, you get left behind. Very crucial!
There arent any monkies here! It's just that as you watch the vast scenery beyond, the neighbours yonder are staring at you as if you are up to some monkey business. These days they have gotten used to the visitors and they go about their ways as if you are not even there - the tour fraternity just decided to keep the name for old times sake.
As we enter the city, it is clear she has changed. Beautiful tarmac roads and ultramodern shopping malls - the whole shebang. By now you must be hungry so we have organised some hearty lunch at the local eatery.
