About Course

The SafariQuest Partner Associate course is our foundational course for new and potential SafariQuest account managers. In this course, account managers will learn how to set up and publish a partner account on the SafariQuest Booking Engine. The three-day course gives account managers the requisite skills and knowledge to fast-track account approvals in readiness for bookings.

Course Content

The Dilemma
The travel industry is increasingly getting highly competitive. How does a travel brand remain competitive and relevant while keeping budgets manageable?

Setting Up a Partner Account
Kenya Geographic has many user categories. In this topic, account managers will learn which category to use when setting up an accountirst time. They will also learn how to get the new account verified.

Putting the Profile Together
The account manager will learn all the ropes from setting up rate cards, profile titles and intros. They will learn about photo quality and photo types.

Publishing the Profile
Once the partner account is verified and populated with content, the last step is to publish the profile. This topic will look at what that means.
